INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Bagrry’s Chia
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1- 1/2 cup Milk (almond, soy, cow)
  • 1/2 Cinnamon (powder)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter (optional)
  • Ice

PREPARATION

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for half a minute until you reach a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
