  • Bagrry’s White Oats - 1 cup, powdered
  • Urad dal - ¼ cup (25 gms), powdered
  • Water - 1½ cups (approx.)
  • Salt - to taste


  • Mix powdered Bagrry’s White Oats and urad dal powder in a vessel. Add water to make a smooth batter. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes till it becomes slightly thick.
  • Heat a non-stick tawa on a low flame.
  • Pour a ladleful/spoonful of batter on the heated tawa and spread it evenly to get a round shape.
  • When the edges turn brown, flip the side.
  • Serve hot with sambhar & coconut chutney.
