Quinoa Vegetable Pulao

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Bagrry’s Quinoa (soaked)
  • 1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger (grated)
  • Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds 
  • 2-3 Cardamom (crushed)
  • 3-5 Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 cup Vegetables (mixed) - carrot, peas, beans, cauliflower and corn
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • Salt

PREPARATION

  • In a heated pan with oil, add cumin seeds. When they turn brown, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaf.
  • Add onions and sauté for few minutes. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for few more minutes.
  • Add the vegetables  along with coriander leaves. Let the vegetables cook.
  • Add Bagrry’s Quinoa, salt and water and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes.
