A good item used for healthy breakfast..

Total bran wheat flakes is a good breakfast item with high fibre and zero sugar. I like the taste of this crispy flakes when eaten with milk or yogurt and banana.
I think, except for the price, it's a good option for those following healthy dietary plan.
