Cancellation before shipment
For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order can be cancelled within 3 hours of order placement and its refund would reflect in your bank account as per bank guidelines which is usually within 8-10 business days. For all orders that have been delivered, we do not entertain Cancel requests unless the order qualifies as per our Returns and Refunds Policy. Returns and Refunds Policy
At Bagrry’s, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
Bagrrys India Private Limited is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery
In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call on our Toll free 1800-12000-4006 or email us within 24 hours of delivery. Our Customer Care will be happy to assist you

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Bagrrys India Private Limited.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or storage will not be covered under this Policy.
- Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold
All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if its delivered in a physically damaged condition.

What are the delivery charges for my order?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does it take to ship an order?
We try and ship the products as soon as we receive your orders. However, at times your delivery may take some time in which case we keep you informed through mails.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
All orders are usually delivered in 4-5 working days for major cities and 7-10 days for remote locations, from the date of order.
Do you deliver all over India?

What happens if I have entered the wrong address?
We would request you call us on our customer care number immediately so that we can fix the same for you.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can follow the track shipping link in your confirmation email or use the Track Order feature on our website. Alternatively, you could mail at direct@bagrrys.com with your order details. We will check and revert to you on your order status. Please note we are available Monday-Saturday from 10am to 6pm (except on Public Holidays)
