INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Bagrrys Steel Cut Oats
  • 1½ cup brown Sugar
  • 5 cups milk
  • Handful nuts and spices for flavouring as per your choice (almonds, cashews, raisins, cardamom or saffron)

PREPARATION

  • Add Bagrry’s Steel Cut Oats in boiled 1½ cups of water. Cook for 10-15 minutes
  • In a separate pot, boil milk. Add sugar and choice of spices for flavouring
  • After sugar has melted, add cooked oats
  • Dry roast the nuts and add them to the cooked kheer
