Bagrry's Steel Cut Oats Kheer
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Bagrrys Steel Cut Oats
- 1½ cup brown Sugar
- 5 cups milk
- Handful nuts and spices for flavouring as per your choice (almonds, cashews, raisins, cardamom or saffron)
PREPARATION
- Add Bagrry’s Steel Cut Oats in boiled 1½ cups of water. Cook for 10-15 minutes
- In a separate pot, boil milk. Add sugar and choice of spices for flavouring
- After sugar has melted, add cooked oats
- Dry roast the nuts and add them to the cooked kheer
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
