INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Bagrry’s Muesli of your choice
- ½ cup Bagrry’s Wheat Bran
- ½ cup mixed seeds (sesame, flax, sunflower, hemp)
- ½ cup dried grated coconut
- ½ cup unrefined oil of your choice
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup unsweetened dried cranberries or dates
PREPARATION
- Line a square baking pan tin with parchment paper and set aside
- In a large pan over low to medium heat mix all the ingredients and stir occasionally till the mixture is golden brown. Be careful not to burn the mixture. Transfer to a metal bowl and leave aside to cool
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use the back of a large metal spoon to press the mixture down firmly and evenly
- Allow to cool and then cut into 8 pieces
- The bars can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week
