Muesli Breakfast Bars

Serves 8 Bars


  • 1 1/2 cups Bagrry’s Muesli of your choice
  • ½ cup Bagrry’s Wheat Bran
  • ½ cup mixed seeds (sesame, flax, sunflower, hemp)
  • ½ cup dried grated coconut
  • ½ cup unrefined oil of your choice
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup unsweetened dried cranberries or dates


  • Line a square baking pan tin with parchment paper and set aside
  • In a large pan over low to medium heat mix all the ingredients and stir occasionally till the mixture is golden brown. Be careful not to burn the mixture. Transfer to a metal bowl and leave aside to cool
  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use the back of a large metal spoon to press the mixture down firmly and evenly
  • Allow to cool and then cut into 8 pieces
  • The bars can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week
