Muesli Cookies old
INGREDIENTS
- Bagrry’s Crunchy Muesli-Almonds, Raisins & Honey - 1 cup
- Whole Wheat Flour - ½ cup
- Butter - ¾ cup
- Brown Sugar - ½ cup
- Walnuts - ¼ cup (chopped)
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
PREPARATION
- In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and butter. Beat until the mixture is light and fluffy
- Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well
- Add Bagrry’s Crunchy Muesli and walnuts to the mix and fold the mixture gently. Heat oven to 175ºC
- Roll the mixture into walnut size balls for a rustic look or roll into a long, thick sausage shape and slice to make neater looking cookies
- Place on a greased baking tray
- Bake for about 7 - 10 minutes or until edges turn light golden brown
