INGREDIENTS

  • Bagrry’s Crunchy Muesli-Almonds, Raisins & Honey - 1 cup
  • Whole Wheat Flour - ½ cup
  • Butter - ¾ cup
  • Brown Sugar - ½ cup
  • Walnuts - ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp                                                           

PREPARATION

  • In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and butter. Beat until the mixture is light and fluffy
  • Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well
  • Add Bagrry’s Crunchy Muesli and walnuts to the mix and fold the mixture gently. Heat oven to 175ºC
  • Roll the mixture into walnut size balls for a rustic look or roll into a long, thick sausage shape and slice to make neater looking cookies
  • Place on a greased baking tray
  • Bake for about 7 - 10 minutes or until edges turn light golden brown
