Oat Bran Muffins
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Bagrry’s Oat Bran
- ¼ cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup refined flour
- 5 tablespoons skimmed milk
- 1 egg white
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt – to taste
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- Blueberries - handful
PREPARATION
- Sift together whole wheat flour, refined wheat flour, baking powder and salt together
- Whisk egg white, honey, oil and skimmed milk powder. Gently fold in the sifted flour mix and blueberries
- Slowly add Bagrry’s Oat Bran to the batter
- Line the muffin cups with butter paper and pour in the batter
- Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 mins
- Serve warm
