Oat Bran Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Bagrry’s Oat Bran
  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup refined flour
  • 5 tablespoons skimmed milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt – to taste
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • Blueberries - handful

PREPARATION

  • Sift together whole wheat flour, refined wheat flour, baking powder and salt together
  • Whisk egg white, honey, oil and skimmed milk powder. Gently fold in the sifted flour mix and blueberries
  • Slowly add Bagrry’s Oat Bran to the batter
  • Line the muffin cups with butter paper and pour in the batter
  • Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 mins
  • Serve warm
