  • 1 cup Bagrry’s Oats for Atta
  • ¼ cup Urad dal, powdered
  • 1½ cups water
  • Salt - to taste


  • Mix powdered Bagrry’s White Oats and urad dal powder in a vessel. Add water to make a smooth batter. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes till it becomes slightly thick
  • Heat a non-stick tawa on a low flame
  • Pour a ladleful/spoonful of batter on the heated tawa and spread it evenly to get a round shape
  • When the edges turn brown, flip the side
  • Serve hot with sambhar & coconut chutney
