Quinoa Idli
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Bagrry's Quinoa (grounded)
- 1 cup Bagrry's Oats Atta
- Green Chilli (chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Salt
- Oil
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine Bagrry’s Quinoa and Bagrry’s Oats Atta. Gradually pour water and mix into a batter
- Add green chili, cumin seeds and salt. Add oil and mix well
- Make Idlis and serve with coconut chutney and sambar
