Wheat and Oat Bran Raita
INGREDIENTS
- Bagrry’s Bran (Oat Bran + Wheat Bran) - 1 ½ tbsp
- Curd (low fat ) - 1 cup, beaten
- Cucumber - ¼ cup, cubed
- Coriander - 1 tbsp, chopped
- Cumin seed powder - ¼ tsp, roasted
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, mix Bagrry’s bran, beaten low fat curd and cucumber cubes. Add salt to taste and sprinkle cumin seed powder
- Refrigerate for 20 mins and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve chilled
