To participate in the Contest, customers have to send an SMS to 08652631525 with the keyword “BAGRRYS” followed by

For Koffeelicious Muesli:

For other Muesli variants:

Unique code would be printed on the voucher inside the pack. On successful registration, a confirmatory SMS will be received.

Participants would get an automated revert in case of Valid, Duplicate & Void Entries.

Terms & Conditions:

The Contest is valid from 15/01/2024 till 14/05/2024 or till stocks last, whichever is earlier. Packs without this offer are also available.
The contest is subject to force majeure conditions.
The contest is valid only for Indian citizens, who have attained the age of 18 years, residing in India (except Tamil Nadu). The Promo shall be valid till 14/05/2024 only.
Bagrrys X Black & Decker ("contest") is being organized by Bagrrys India Private Ltd. and managed by partner agency, Rewardport Corporate Solutions Private Limited (“Rewardport”). The contest is available only at selected outlets across India.
The participation in the contest is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. No employee, retailer, distributor or agent or agencies of Bagrrys India Private Ltd. and their immediate families shall be entitled to participate in the contest.
Bagrrys India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the contest.
The contest shall entail the following:

A unique code (on the voucher inside the pack) would be offered to the consumer on purchase of Bagrry’s Muesli Range ("Product / Products") (as mentioned above) by the selected outlet.

To participate in the contest, customer has to follow Steps as listed on the pack & mentioned above. On successful participation customer would receive confirmatory SMS in revert.
A draw would be conducted through a random scientific selection process in presence of an external auditor, engaged by Rewardport. This will be done on monthly basis during the contest period
Basis the Selection Process & unique code, "winners" will be selected who in turn will have to provide their contact details and proof of Purchase of the Product i.e invoice/ bill of the pack, promo pack with the voucher code clearly visible, recent photograph, address proof and copy of PAN card via email to bagrrys@rewardport.in. .
Post verification of above listed documents, the winner list would be declared / posted on our Social Media Pages like Instagram, Facebook & X.
Black & Decker team would dispatch the Coffee Maker (Model No.12 Cup drip coffee maker & or Hand Mixer 300W) ("Gift") to the address given by the selected winner.
The selection of winners is final, conclusive, binding and lies solely with Bagrrys India Pvt. Ltd. No further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. In case of disputes, the decision of Bagrrys India Pvt. Ltd. shall be final.
There is no cash alternative for the Gift and the same cannot be exchanged for cash at any point nor transferred to family and friends or anybody else.
Bagrrys India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the Gift offered at any point of time. Such gift will be of equal or greater value.
Acceptance of Gift constitutes permission to Bagrrys India Pvt. Ltd. to use the winner's name, relevant details and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.
Bagrrys India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of the Promo, at its sole discretion, without any notice at any time during the validity of the Promo. No correspondence will be shared in this regard.
Bagrrys India Pvt.Ltd. reserves the right to not give away the Gift in the event of non-production of any of the specified documents and/or submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent document(s)/ information and in such a case the Gift shall be forfeited in its entirety.
All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by Bagrrys India Pvt.Ltd & Black & Decker (represented in India by StoveKraft Ltd.) including, but not limited to meeting of the participant requirements or aspirations, timelines, security, uninterruptedness, error-free, the results or reliability of the contest, or the delivery, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any goods, services, emoluments, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the contest.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
The contest is valid only in India (expect Tamil Nadu & Puducherry) from 15/01/2024 to 14/05/2024 (herein after referred as “Contest Period").
All IPR rights including trademark, copy right and designs used are the property of their respective owners.
The contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the contest shall individually be referred to as "Participant" and collectively as "Participants".
BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. reserves the right to exclude any person from the contest on grounds of misconduct or criminal record.
SMS received after the offer period ie. 14th May, 2024 would not qualify in the Winner selection process.
BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
1. For any SPAM generated messages
2. For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user's mobile phones
3. For any SMS message delivery failures
4. Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
5. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
6. Other conditions beyond its reasonable control

Eligibility

This contest will be open to all the residents of India with the exception of people residing in Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, Employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of BAGRRYS INDIA PVT.LTD.
The contest is valid only for Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 years, residing in India (Except people residing in Tamil Nadu).
In order to be eligible for the prize, all shortlisted winners will be required to have valid address.
BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. or its Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. or its Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Promo.

Winner Selection

A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted by an external auditor engaged by Rewardport. This will be done on monthly basis during the Promo period
The prize would be either a Coffee Maker and / or Hand Mixer depending upon offer on pack. No claim regarding the model/ make of the prize shall be entertained. Decision of BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD./ its agency shall be final and binding.
Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD.
The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
Any unused prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
BAGRRYS INDIA PVT.LTD./ Black & Decker shall provide the prize on an "as-is basis" and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort, and BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD / StoveKraft Limited and / or its associates, affiliates and/ or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for deficiency and/ or defect of any product/service and/or the prize or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever.
The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD./ StoveKraft Limited or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action and other Force Majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
The winner generation will be done on the basis of Unique code + Unique mobile number. However, a participant can increase the winning probability by participating in the contest as many times he wants through multiple unique codes.

Contacting Winners

Once the Participants are shortlisted, the Partner Agency appointed by BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. shall contact each on the number from which the SMS entry has been made requesting them to send the collaterals over email.
In the event the shortlisted winner's number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant on that day and/or the next day. If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Participant's participation in the Promo comes to an end and the Participant's entry stands canceled and Participant becomes ineligible to receive the prize.
In the event the shortlisted winner attends the call on either the second or third attempt, the procedure outlined in step (v) shall apply.
If any shortlisted winner remains unreachable on the third attempt or is not interested in continuing in contest or is otherwise ineligible to participate, the Agency shall conduct up to two (2) more random selections to shortlist a Participant. If even after a third random selection, no winner is selected, no prize shall be declared in respect of that particular day of the contest.
In case of a positive response from the shortlisted winner, each shortlisted winner will be required to send the following documents and collateral via email:

Proof of Purchase (invoice copy)
Jpeg of Winning Bagrry’s Vouchers (winning voucher code clearly mentioned)
Recent Photograph
Address Proof
Copy of PAN Card

This will be referred to as Participation Package for the winner. The completed Participation Package needs to be sent via email ie. bagrrys@rewardport.in within 2 days of the call made by Agency to the selected winner:
Upon receipt of the Participation Package, BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. or its Partner Agency shall scrutinize all documents. If all the documents are in order and valid then be treated as a Confirmed Winner.
The prize will be dispatched to the Confirmed Winners after the above formalities are successfully completed within 45 business days from the date of completion of formalities of the confirmed winner.
No prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the contest is not factually correct.
BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. or the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for any accident or mishap or loss of the Participation Package by the participant in transit. The responsibility of ensuring that the Participation Package reaches via email as directed by BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. or its Partner Agency lies solely with the participants.
No justification/explanation for non-receipt of the Participation Package or any missing documents shall be accepted.
In the event of death of the Confirmed Winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Confirmed Winner shall be entertained for receiving the prize.

Courier Requirements

Prizes will be dispatched to the Confirmed Winners by StoveKraft Limited via Courier within 45 business days from the date of completion of formalities of the confirmed winner.
The courier, whilst carrying the prize for the winner, will carry an acknowledgement receipt (POD).
The courier shall ask the Confirmed Winner to sign the acknowledgement receipt (POD) as a proof of receipt of the prize, without which the prize will not be handed over to the winner.
If the Confirmed Winner or the family member of the winner present at the address does not cooperate as per the requirements mentioned herein with the courier, the prize will not be given to the Confirmed Winner and the prize will stand forfeited.
The courier shall collect signed POD from the winner.
The prize will be given to the Confirmed Winner or an authorized family member of the Confirmed Winner (in the event the Confirmed Winner is not available at the designated address)
If the Confirmed Winner is not available at the given address, the courier will make 2 more attempts to deliver the prize. If still unsuccessful, the courier shall make no further attempts to deliver the prize. The Confirmed Winner shall be responsible to pick-up the prize from the courier office, based on where the prize is deposited at the time of collection. The Confirmed Winner agrees to bear all costs and expenses in relation to collection of prize from the courier office.
If the winner fails to pick up the prize from the courier office within a week of informing him / her, the prize will not be given to the Confirmed Winner and the prize will stand forfeited.
If the address is unserviceable, then the winner will be required to travel to the nearest courier hub to collect the prize. The winner shall bear all the costs involved to reach the courier hub to collect the prize.
Any complaints regarding the non-delivery of the product should be made within 7 days from the time of dispatch of the products by the Bagrrys India Pvt. Ltd. After 7 days BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. will not entertain requests pertaining to non-delivery of products post 7 days from date of dispatch.
The Prize once delivered cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

Publicity

The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. to cover the Promo through various media including newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
The winners must, at the request of BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD., participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. using their name and image in promotional material.

Intellectual Property

All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the promotional material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. at all times. BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. or any person or entity permitted by BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.
All material submitted in connection with the Promo (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. upon submission and become the property of BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. exclusively. BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD.

General Conditions

Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Contest the Participant warrants that all information provided by Participant regarding Participant's name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
The decision of BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. or its Agency, as regards the selection of winners and distribution of the prizes shall be final, subject only to BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD.'s approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances shall be entertained by BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. and its agency after 60 days from the date of the closure of the contest.
The prize cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this contest in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. in this regard and in general with respect to this contest and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. to conduct further contests.
The decision of BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. shall be final in all regards and no communication shall be entertained in this regard. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between any Participant and BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. and the Participant shall not have the authority to bind BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. in any manner whatsoever.
BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. or any of its respective officers/employees/directors shall not be responsible for delayed, lost, mutilated, corrupted or illegible documents and / or photocopies of the purchase bill etc.
BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. or its Agency shall not be liable to perform any of its/their respective obligations under the contest or in respect of the prize where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its/their control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergency, riots, or any other Force Majeure condition, etc., and shall not be liable to compensate the Participant in these circumstances.
BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. shall not be accountable / liable for any disruptions / stoppages/interruptions or cancellation of the contest due to any government restrictions.
Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. or its Agency.
BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, loss of SMS, unique codes, documents, demand drafts, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
If a Participant is dissatisfied with the contest or the contest rules and/or any content or any requirements of the contest form, the materials available related thereto, or with these terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the contest.
Winner’s selection will be done by an external auditor engaged by Rewardport who will in turn be responsible for any queries / disputes arising out of winner selection.
Bagrrys India Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for managing the promotional website.
Rewardport is only collecting the entries during the promotion period including winner selection. Any operational part of the scheme like handling of Gift, Distribution of the Gift shall be managed by the Bagrrys India Ltd & StoveKraft Limited.

Arbitration & Jurisdiction

The courts of competent jurisdiction at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the contest. Participation in the contest is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including (without limitation) this clause.
Further all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or BAGRRYS INDIA PVT. LTD. and/or Partners of this contest, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
