Quinoa Vegetable Pulao
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Bagrry’s Quinoa (soaked)
- 1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger (grated)
- Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2-3 Cardamom (crushed)
- 3-5 Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 cup Vegetables (mixed) - carrot, peas, beans, cauliflower and corn
- Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- Salt
PREPARATION
- In a heated pan with oil, add cumin seeds. When they turn brown, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaf
- Add onions and sauté for few minutes. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for few more minutes
- Add boiled Bagrry’s Oats for Rice and boiled plain rice to the dal mixture in the wok. Stir gently to mix well
- Add Bagrry’s Quinoa, salt and water and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes
