Chia Seed Energy Balls

Makes about 12 balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bagrry’s Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Bagrry’s Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Desiccated coconut or cocoa powder or cocoa powder for coating (optional)
Recipe
- In a bowl, mix together Bagrry’s Chia Seeds, Bagrry’s Rolled Oats, honey or maple syrup, almond butter or peanut butter, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- If desired, roll the balls in desiccated coconut or cocoa powder for coating.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
