Chia Seed Energy Balls

15 minutes + chilling time
Makes about 12 balls


  • 1/2 cup Bagrry’s Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Bagrry’s Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Desiccated coconut or cocoa powder or cocoa powder for coating (optional)


  • In a bowl, mix together Bagrry’s Chia Seeds, Bagrry’s Rolled Oats, honey or maple syrup, almond butter or peanut butter, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  • If desired, roll the balls in desiccated coconut or cocoa powder for coating.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
