Muesli and Coconut Energy Balls

Muesli and Coconut Energy Balls

No cooking required, but refrigeration time is approximately 1 hour.
Makes about 20 energy balls.

  • 1 cup Bagrry’s Fruit & Nut Muesli
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

  • In a large bowl, combine the Bagrry’s Fruit & Nut Muesli, almond butter, and honey or maple syrup. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Stir in the shredded coconut. If desired, add dark chocolate chips for extra sweetness and texture.
  • Once the mixture is well combined and sticks together easily, cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. This will make it easier to shape into balls.
  • After chilling, take about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture until you have used it all.
  • Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you added chocolate chips, they may be a little sticky, so you can lightly coat your hands with coconut oil or water to prevent sticking.
  • Refrigerate the energy balls for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow them to firm up.

Recipe Notes:

  • These energy balls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Customize the recipe by adding dried fruits, nuts, or seeds of your choice.
  • If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can increase the amount of honey or maple syrup.

These energy balls are perfect for a quick and nutritious snack, providing a boost of energy from the muesli, almond butter, and coconut!
