Muesli Banana Bread

  • 1/2 cup Bagrry’s Crunchy Muesli
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, Bagrry’s Crunchy Muesli, baking soda, and salt.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  • Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, remove it from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice and serve as a delightful breakfast or snack.
