Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bagrry’s Crunchy Muesli
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Recipe
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, Bagrry’s Crunchy Muesli, baking soda, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, remove it from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve as a delightful breakfast or snack.
