  • 1 cup Bagrry’s Fruit & Nut Muesli
  • 4 slices of thick bread (like brioche or challah)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Butter (unsalted butter, if desired) or oil for cooking
  • Maple syrup and fresh fruit for serving


  • In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  • Spread the Bagrry’s Fruit & Nut Muesli on a plate.
  • Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
  • Press the dipped bread into the muesli, coating both sides thoroughly.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.
  • Place the muesli-coated bread slices onto the skillet.
  • Cook until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Serve the muesli-crusted French toast warm, topped with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
