- 1 cup Bagrry’s Fruit & Nut Muesli
- 4 slices of thick bread (like brioche or challah)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Butter (unsalted butter, if desired) or oil for cooking
- Maple syrup and fresh fruit for serving
Recipe
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Spread the Bagrry’s Fruit & Nut Muesli on a plate.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
- Press the dipped bread into the muesli, coating both sides thoroughly.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.
- Place the muesli-coated bread slices onto the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve the muesli-crusted French toast warm, topped with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
