Ingredients
- 1 cup Bagrry's Quinoa
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- Sliced banana
- Nuts and seeds (almonds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds)
- Dash of Cinnamon Powder
Recipe
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
- In a saucepan, bring the almond milk to a boil. Add the quinoa, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes or until almond milk is absorbed.
- Stir in the honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Divide the quinoa into bowls and top with fresh berries, sliced banana, nuts, seeds, and a sprinkle cinnamon power (if needed).
- Serve warm.
