- 1 cup Bagrry's Quinoa
- 2 cups coconut milk or almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- Fresh fruits (mango, berries, banana) for topping
- Nuts and seeds for topping
Recipe
- Rinse the Bagrry’s Quinoa under cold water.
- In a saucepan, bring the coconut milk to a boil. Add the quinoa, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes or until the milk is absorbed.
- Stir in the honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Serve warm or chilled, topped with fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds.
