Quinoa Pudding

  • 1 cup Bagrry's Quinoa
  • 2 cups coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Fresh fruits (mango, berries, banana) for topping
  • Nuts and seeds for topping


  • Rinse the Bagrry’s Quinoa under cold water.
  • In a saucepan, bring the coconut milk to a boil. Add the quinoa, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes or until the milk is absorbed.
  • Stir in the honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Serve warm or chilled, topped with fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds.
