Ingredients

  • Bagrry’s Bran (Oat Bran + Wheat Bran) - 1 ½ tbsp
  • Curd (low fat ) - 1 cup, beaten
  • Cucumber - ¼ cup, cubed
  • Coriander - 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Cumin seed powder - ¼ tsp, roasted
  • Salt - to taste

Recipe

  • In a bowl, mix Bagrry’s bran, beaten low fat curd and cucumber cubes. Add salt to taste and sprinkle cumin seed powder
  • Refrigerate for 20 mins and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve chilled
