Oat Bran Energy Bars

  • 1 1/2 cups Bagrry's Oat Bran
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (cranberries, apricots, or raisins)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the Bagrry’s Oat Bran, chopped nuts, and dried fruit.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together the honey (or maple syrup) and peanut butter. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  • Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
