Ingredients
- 1 cup Bagrry's Oat Bran
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk (or Bagrry’s Almond milk)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter (unsalted butter or coconut oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Recipe
- In a large bowl, mix together the Bagrry’s Oat Bran, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Let the batter sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Preheat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Serve warm with your favourite toppings such as fresh fruit, maple syrup, or yoghurt.
