  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt (or any thick yoghurt)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons nuts or seeds (e.g., almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

  • In a bowl, mix the Bagrry’s rolled oats with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (if using) and a pinch of cinnamon.
  • In two serving glasses or jars, start by adding a layer of Greek yoghurt at the bottom.
  • Next, add a layer of the oat’s mixture.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup to sweeten.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries and banana slices.
  • Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a layer of yoghurt and a few berries on top.
  • Cover the glasses or jars with plastic wrap or a lid.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best texture as the oats and chia seeds will absorb the yoghurt and swell.
  • Before serving, sprinkle the parfaits with nuts or seeds for added crunch.
  • Optionally, drizzle a little more honey or maple syrup on top.
  • Serve cold and enjoy your healthy and delicious Oats and Yoghurt Parfait!

  • Prepare the parfaits the night before for a quick and nutritious breakfast or snack.
  • Feel free to use any fruits or nuts you prefer or have on hand. Mango, kiwi, or pomegranate seeds can add a different flavor and texture.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup according to your taste.

This Oats and Yoghurt Parfait is a perfect combination of creamy yoghurt, hearty oats, and fresh fruits, making it a nutritious and satisfying meal or snack.
