Oats Fruit Lassi

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Bagrry's White Oats
  • ½ cup curd or yogurt
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries or any fresh fruit
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Fresh berries or fruits of your choice for garnish

Preparation

  • Roast and grind Bagrry's White Oats till you get a coarse powder
  • Blend the oats powder, ¾ cup of water, sugar, yogurt or curd and chopped strawberries or fruits of your choice in a mixer till it is a smooth mixture
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries or any fresh fruit
  • Pour in a glass and garnish with fresh strawberries or berries of your choice
  • Serve chilled
